Office Floorplates, Midtown
Four contiguous floors fitted out with tenant and visitor access, elevator integration, one-touch conferencing, and a network designed to absorb the next fit-out without a re-pull.
The brief was explicit: the client had been through two prior fit-outs where the cabling had to be entirely replaced. We designed the horizontal distribution and zone enclosures with genuine spare capacity so future reconfiguration is a patch change rather than a demolition.
Access control was integrated with the base building’s elevator dispatch and the tenant’s identity provider, so onboarding and offboarding a person is a single action rather than four.
All thirty-eight meeting spaces share one control interface and one join experience, with room scheduling and occupancy tied together so unused rooms release themselves.
